Clear Answers for Clear Water: Everything You Need to Know About Our Process

Pool Water Reclamation

  • What is Pool Water Reclamation?

It is a process where we bring a mobile Reverse Osmosis (RO) trailer to your home to purify your existing pool water, removing minerals and contaminants without draining the pool.

  • How much water does your mobile trailer process?

Our commercial-grade trailers are capable of processing up to 40,000 gallons of water per day, making them suitable for both large residential and commercial pools.

  • Why shouldn't I just drain and refill my pool?

San Diego has very hard tap water. If you refill from the tap, you are starting with high mineral content. Additionally, draining a pool can damage the plaster or cause the shell to "pop" out of the ground. Our process is safe and eco-friendly.

  • What specifically does the RO process remove from my poo

Our systems remove Calcium Hardness, Cyanuric Acid (stabilizer), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), salts, viruses, and bacteria.

  • How long does the pool reclamation process take?

Most residential pools are completed within 8 to 12 hours. You can even swim while the process is happening!

Home & Well Water Filtration

  • What is the "rejection rate" of your home RO systems?

We install Tomar Water Systems which boast an incredible 98% rejection rate, ensuring almost all contaminants are removed from your drinking and household water.

  • Why do I need a whole-house system in San Diego?

San Diego is known for exceptionally hard water. A whole-house system protects your plumbing, extends the life of your appliances, and is better for your skin and hair.

  • Do you handle well water filtration?

Yes. Well water requires specialized care for iron, sulfur, and bacteria. We design custom systems specifically for the unique challenges of well water.

  • What is an EcoSmarte system?

EcoSmarte is a salt-free, chemical-free alternative to traditional water softeners. it provides bottled-water quality to every tap in your house while being environmentally friendly.

  • Do you install the systems yourselves?

We specialize in the technology and sales. For the actual installation, we partner with local licensed plumbers and electricians to ensure everything is done to code.
