We had so much calcium in the water and needed a solution. With the calcium counts in today's tap water, and a desire to be environmentally conscious, draining was not an option we really wanted to pursue. So we went with purification.

Jeff did a great job of explaining the process and the benefits. Once we decided yes, he was over the next day and by the following morning our water was better than new. Great experience all around.
